But here's the scoop: Despite all these amazing perks, a whopping 80% of young people around the world aren't getting enough physical activity. That's a bummer, right? Because it means more young folks might be missing out on feeling their best.

Increase the physical activity of youth by making it more attractive and accessible especially to youth with less opportunities.

Encourage and train youth workers to implement physical activity in their work.

Raise awareness of the importance of regular physical activity among youth.
